I am 22 years old working full time and trying to get a business started on the side. Even though I am young I have lots of experience. "showed them previos work shoewed them water problem in back both sides of yard.  showed cracked around windows and walls at varios rooms.they took measurements and came back with diagram and suggestions for additional work on leveling foundation.  with peirs ect.  had suggested fixing the water problem with a French drain to run from property line fence across drive and across brick patio by pool.  I agree we should fix water problem first with hope that house would settle back down when that issue is solved.  they never called back to schedual the work.  I called individual that did the estimate.  and he assured me they would call.  they did't call.  I gave the  3 1/2 weeks to call and schedual.  so I called an d cancelled project.

"The Basement Kings finished their LARGE job this morning, and I can’t praise them enough! They had a long, difficult job, but no complaints. When they discovered a problem, they fixed it. No problem, that’s their job. They found the water problem had a lot to do with drainage, so they worked outside in cold & rain & developed a system to carry water away from the house. That, to me, was over & above, but they said their main objective was to get & keep the basement dry, so they did what they had to do with no complaints. Now you can’t ask for better than that - they give their all! I am totally amazed!!"
