"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "Was asked if I wanted to be on the cheap or if I wanted to upgrade for long-term durability and use.  I  have no plans to sell my home so was interested in quality of materials used to manufacture the parts, e.g., not bronzed/chromed plastics, and that are proven to be reliable.  It was also nice to be asked upfront what features were most important to us e.g., long neck or horizontal faucet; type of sprayer preferred, requirements for sink drain, and method to turn on/off the outside values (slide vs/ screw).  All pricing was given with parts and labor inclusive so there was no question what I was expected to pay for each facet of repair considered.  Faucet was ordered so was kept informed when it would be available and was contacted at that time to schedule a time to install.  No delay from initial contact to project completion.
