"Matt was punctual in responding to my request for a quotation and also in arriving for the job. He did a great job in patching my carpet and cleaning it. I have never had someone spend so much time cleaning the carpet. Most places are in and out in less than an hour! Matt is very nice and polite and very professional. I am happy to recommend him."

"I recently had Shane with Carpet Service Express come and clean my carpet and tile in my home. He arrived on time, explained my options, and thoroughly cleaned my carpet and tile. "Adrian/Shorty's Carpet called me back quickly, then we discussed the project and he gave his bid, and upon our agreement he was able to plan for install for just two days from our discussion. I was very pleased that they were able to pick up the carpet and vinyl rolls early, get to the job site, and complete the project much earlier than I had anticipated! It looks TERRIFIC!
