"Oscar installed 4 ceiling fans (3 bedrooms and 1 in a vaulted ceiling in the living room).  He located a short in the wiring in a bedroom that had all the sockets and switches knocked out very quickly.  A switch in the vanity area was also 'mis-wired' and he corrected it.
He kindly offered suggestions for the light fixtures in the vanity area.  I need additional work (lighting) and will absolutely use Oscar again.

"Even though I was unable to have the lights installed due to the ceiling supports, I think it was a great experience with Upton Electric. He methodically inspected the ceiling before beginning, and when the ideal conditions weren't found, he walked me through the options we had up to the point of offering a refund. I do not believe he was required to do that, so I greatly appreciate him working with me. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs given his professionalism and his concern to make sure he left a customer happy.

"We had a number of bids from various landscapers.  Curtis was not the least expensive (nor was he the most expensive) but he definitely had the most creative plan.  On top of his creativity, he is a good communicator; he always called back and in a timely manner, to boot!  



The first time we met, Curtis did a great job listening to us to discover what we really wanted and offered his own thoughts and ideas, some of which we had never considered previously.  Today, looking at the finished product, we are so happy and grateful for the ideas he had that made our front and back yards unique and brought them up to the next level, so to speak.



Our work started exactly when he said it would.  We very much appreciated that work was done on our job each day; manpower wasn't pulled from our job at any point.  Once the work began, it happened each day until it was all completed.  The job site was always as clean as possible and always free of debris.



Curtis was on the job every day, making sure the gentlemen installing the plants, creating the stone borders, installing a stone patio in a landscape bed, designing a stone shower floor, doing the drainage, ... all knew exactly what to do.  On the rare occasion that something needed to deviate from the original plan, Curtis was easy and flexible.



All areas of the landscape look fantastic.  The whole yard is beautiful - the front, the back, and the sides.  We are very happy with the plant selections and placements.  We love the variance in texture with the boulders, the stone patio, the stone borders, the river rock edging, and more.  The pool finally looks as we had hoped it would, but better.



All in all, we really enjoyed working with Curtis and have recommended him to friends.  He will be the one we call with any further landscape needs."
