Mother nature had killed two of our trees courtesy of the drought and destroyed them. They take a look and said the guys can come out here in about an hour and we discussed price and that work for us, So his guys showed up and they got here at 2:00 in the afternoon and at 5:00 both trees were gone and aside from that they built me a mulch pile for my backyard and I could've been more pleased with them. I would rate them a 10 on a 10 scale.
