"The job went very well.  They took their time, came in and checked to see if things were indeed level at different times.  I was very pleased with their work.  The rains this year had done a number under my house.  Mr. Wise and his crew added a beam where there had never been one, and it was definitely needed.  My house had an obvious dip in it that is now gone.  And put another beam where the crew I'd used years ago had used untreated wood as a temporary fix until they could get out of the yard.  I'd been given an estimate by another company that was almost three times what Mr. Wise bid for the job.  And it did not include the beam under the front of the house.  Mr. Wise and his crew have a great reputation and they've earned it.  I will definitely use them again.

Yes, you can cut plexiglass by hand using a sharp knife or blade (utility knife, box cutter, glass cutter, etc.).

Cutting round ductwork requires precision and the right tools. A duct cutter, specifically designed for circular ducts, is ideal. First, mark the cutting line on the duct using a measuring tape and pencil. Then, position the duct cutter's blade on the marked line. Apply steady pressure, rotating the cutter around the duct. The sharp blade creates a clean, precise cut. Alternatively, a reciprocating saw with a metal-cutting blade can be used for larger round ducts. Ensure the duct is securely held in place while making the cut to prevent slips and maintain accuracy.
