"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. Gary was very friendly, helpful, and was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day. My folks were replacing the nearly new carpet in their house with hardwoods and had offered it to us, so he would be installing used carpet. My wife and I already had two other estimates, and Gary's came in considerably lower!! He began our install the day after our "new to us" carpet arrived, and finished the following day. "Pricing was good. Quality was great. They didn't damage anything. Brian Robles, the sales agent and crew supervisor, kept all his promises and then some. We had a really bad carpet stain from where we had watered a plant a few years ago with leftover coffee, and it leaked into the carpet. The first time they cleaned, the carpet in this area looked good right after they cleaned it, but in a day or so the stain had bled through from below again. They came back and made a good effort to re lean the area, but the same thing happened again. Finally I peeled back the carpet and uncovered the coffee stain that had penetrated the backing, the pad, and the slab. It was really bad, not their fault. I cleaned the slab and replaced the pad, and then paid them extra to come back once more and clean the back and front of the carpet. So far so good! This crew did an excellent job. They all knew what they were doing!
