"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. "We had purchased a home and after closing, we saw that carpets were in bad shape and would all need to be replaced.  We were leaving town for 2 weeks and moving in immediately after our return.  We had dealt with Joe on a small job at our prior home so went to visit his showroom.  Joe responded immediately by going out to the house, taking samples and measuring so we could pick the flooring and get an estimate.  We were able to quickly decide with his input and agreed on installation the following week.  We left out of town on 8/27/14 and returned on 9/10/14 to absolutely beautiful floors-the wood is gorgeous and carpeting looks great.  We weren't here to check on things as they were working but came home to a completed job with total cleanup.  What a deal!
