We rebuilt a lake house in 2012 that was destroyed in a wildfire, and the walkout basement flooded every spring. As with anything in rural Texas there will be glitches without a quick way to retrieve parts etc. This happened, but it is not unexpected. Chris, Michael and his crew were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient and performed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I intend to keep them busy with other projects as needed. Cost was very reasonable and well under other quotes. The cost also included the price of the replacement windows. I provided the hot water heater. They also cleaned up the connections for the hot water heater and moved us into the 21st century in that regard.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
