Professional welder that takes great pride in every weld I make and in everything I repair or build. I physically cannot walk away from my work until it’s 100% complete and up to my standards as well as yours. PERFECT is my standard and nothing less. I just restarted my business after taking some time off to take care of some family matters. All of my work previously was by word of mouth, I never advertised. I did 1 job and I think they bragged to the whole world because I ended up getting more work than I could handle. Every client after did the same. My work always speaks for itself. I promise to always do quality work with my safety as well as yours in mind. I can weld practically every process known to man (TIG, Stick, MIG, Fluxcore, High Frequency TIG, Oxy/Acetylene). I am proficient in all alloys (Carbon, Stainless, Chromoly, Inconel, hastalloy, Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel). Been welding professionally for 28 years. I’m very skilled in X-Ray pipe welding and structures.

"After checking reviews on Angie’s List, BBB and Yelp, this company stood out. I clicked “Request an estimate” on [*** Link removed ***] and I received a response almost instantly. I soon discovered that the owner Jay always responds immediately. He seems to really care that the customer is happy with his work. The retaining wall and fence are an absolute work of art."

"The first week the bathroom cabinets and drawers were all removed and taken offsite. This included 4 cabinet doors and 6 drawers. The facing was stripped on one day and painted the next. Brad was finishing up another job which is why he started the kitchen cabinets the second week. All kitchen doors and drawers were removed the second week and striped and stained offsite. The kitchen was sealed off and the stripping was started. Removing the varnish took a bit longer than norm because it had been put on thicker when the house was built. The whole process took about two weeks. Customer service provided was excellent. I felt  comfortable leaving town for a week while he was working. The work was completed on time. He cleaned up before leaving and was professional and polite. I love the overall look of my kitchen now.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.
