Peak Pros sent out a designer at no extra charge to help with picking colors and layouts of trim and accents. This was a great above and beyond service I didn't expect. The other companies we had quote we just like "yeah, pick the color you want..." had we done that we'd have ended up with a gray that was too blue and now we feel it is perfectly inside with what we imagined. 🪣🎨🖌 Thanks so much Peak Pros! After the initial paint job, it took 3 additional visits just to get the paint job finished properly and correctly AND I am still waiting on the cedar shutters that were part of this agreement. The salesman and owner both left me high and dry claiming that was not in the companies’ scope of work. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere for the gutters and will be spreading the word on this unprofessional, unethical, untrusting and extremely questionable company. If you are currently working with them, I highly recommend paying via credit card only, this way you have some leverage when the dispute arises and trust me it will."
