Surprisingly, they had a schedule change and we were asked if they could arrive early! The two techs arrived right on time and explained how they would inspect our ducts and then recommend any additonal service. Post inspection, they showed me pictures of our ducts, and luckily, no further work was necessary. They did spend additional time with me explaining how I can add filters to my returns and recommended that we reinspect in 2 years. "Marco and Pamela came out and gave me a quote to pour a concrete slab for a shed with a reamp. They gave me a quote for a 5" slab with an 8" footer with rebar. Their quote was the lowest price that I received from 4 contractors. And their work was excellent. My driveway has a number of cracks and I was concerned about the weight of a concrete truck on my driveway. So to accommodate me they had the truck park in the street and they used wheelbarrows to carry the cement to my backyard. And when they had finished the concrete work a big rain storm came though. So they stayed late and kept plastic above the new slab to divert the water from harming the new slab. They are great! And there is a 3 year warranty, which I have not needed."
