"It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another. Received a VERY reasonable quote for a brand new floating stairs staircase. It was measured and hand constructed with tubular steel and cement steps. He is very up to date on building codes so I knew this was the man to hire. He knocked off a several hundred dollars for my help as I love painting, and since I am retired, I do not mind helping out where I can. His measurements for the stairs were perfect, everything fits perfectly. Our staircase is extremely high for a second story run and his normal lift was a few inches short to handle the runner, so believe it or not he made another lift with no additional cost to me. This man could have been in the Navy Seabees or some type of outfit like that, what he can build with his own two hands is absolutely amazing. I learned a lot from him. The wife and I are very happy with the finished product. Did I mention it is a floating staircase! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!"
