"Sales staff, the installation was great. The steel pier approach seems much better system than concrete piers. The pier installation seemed like a very professional job however, the restoration of the flower beds or finish work was horrible. Plants were left up rooted. I had an in-ground working drip system and they disconnected it and just thew it on top of the flower beds... no attention to detail. I highly recommend the steel pier system but the finish work sucks..."

I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. "Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch. He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning. He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day. He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning. They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims. Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway. Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results. I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know. With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered. "We called Accede after finding them online. Initially we called them for quotes on a back yard construction project we've been considering for a long time. The owner, Jess Marshall met us and took measurements. While he was on the roof checking on some structural items he noticed hail damage on our roof and gutters. He encouraged us to call our insurance company, which we did. When our adjuster came to look at our property Jess met him to show him the damage he'd observed.
