My company Next Level Restoration LLC was born from my real world experience as an insurance adjuster. While working on insurance claims, I observed firsthand how much headache and frustration a lack of professionalism on either the contractor's or fellow adjuster's end can cause. Victor came out the same day I called. He and his associate worked overtime to complete the job, as rain was in the forecast that evening. The roof looks good and as far as I know it did not leak. I would recommend giving him a call :-)

I had a leak in my roof inside my garage , that had been leaking since the home was built in 2020! Victor came out got up in the attic found several issues from the original contractor . He cut out the damaged sheet rock and got the attic dried out for the next step of repairs! He was very professional and courteous!
