"My wife and I wanted to add a sun room and patio to our home. Wally
worked closely with us to design the perfect space. We would definitely
use his services again if the need arises."

"Michael and his team are wonderful! Simply put, without them our 2 bed/1 bath house would not have the 1 bath! They came into a completely demolished bathroom and Michael and Zak put that bathroom back together 1 piece at a time, and because we were down to NO bathroom the guys made us an immediate priority! They were LIFE SAVERS, and they are both extremely talented and amazing at what they do! The guys also came and saved the day again by fixing another entities initially poorly built carport, it is now finally how we imagined it. We highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone and everyone in the areas that they service, that need a contractor you can trust to get the job done, within the bid, and on time if not earlier!! Shout out to other team members that helped some on the projects: Will and Dakota thanks for your help as well!!"

"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"Charlie does quality work at a reasonable price. He installed new windows and a bathroom in a house that I had in Pecos, TX. Also put a privacy fence in my backyard in El Paso. Nice guy."

"If you have a leaky basement or are thinking about building a new house with a basement, don’t even consider using anyone except Willie and The Basement Kings. We rebuilt a lake house in 2012 that was destroyed in a wildfire, and the walkout basement flooded every spring. The builder spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it, but it flooded eight times in five years. I found The Basement Kings on Angie’s List, and Willie met me at the lake house the next day. He thoroughly inspected the basement and told me exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. Willie has an impeccable work ethic. He and his crew finished their work today. We have a lifetime guarantee that the basement will stay dry. He took photos of the work every day and texted them to my husband. It was hard, tedious, dirty work, but Willie takes pride in doing the job right, and his price was fair for the amount of work and materials involved. This guy eats, sleeps and dreams about basements. SO glad we hired him. You will be too!"

"David was the right choice from the beginning. He saved me a lot of time and money by not wasting materials. David and his crew used every bit of the materials they could. They used pieces and pieced parts of my house together to save me as much money as he could on materials. My DREAM HOME became reality thanks to David. He built me a second smaller home for my daughter and grandchildren next door. I would highly recommend David to everyone that needs a house, barn, garage, or work shop built. I can't thank David enough for what he did for me and my family. He took our dreams and made them reality."

"Love Modular home builders of TX. I had the most amazing experience with them building my new home. They are family run and they make you feel like part of their familyð"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
