"Chose this company because of the, absolute mistake. I called because we bought a home and the master suite addition wasn’t getting enough air and was concerned about the duct work. The tech came looked at the unit and within 2 min said we needed a larger unit and didn’t even go into the attic to check the ducts. Closed a vent and said we had no options but to buy a bigger unit. Also, tried to tell us the motor was going bad was leaking oil. Paid $115 service charge to have him close a vent and be on his way 27 minutes later. I called Rose City Air for a 2nd opinion and they showed up within 30 min. Lo and behold, the duct work is tied in incorrectly and needs to be fixed and no oil leak - it’s just a “weep” plug which is normal. Yes I could use a larger unit but we came up with a solution for a couple of hundred dollars before I spend $7000 on a new unit. I called the owner to explain the situation with his tech, he told me Rose City was taking my money and thanks for doing business with them. I’d say $115 well spent to not use this company and know what kind of service you could have expected."

"Beware!! As you can see high voltage electric cables were installed through a rough, sharp sheet metal housing without the proper circle grommet. This is a clear and present danger to myself and future service workers. It only takes a small amount of pressure to cut through the wire sheath and cause a catastrophic situation. This is a safety violation and I urge you to have your HVAC inspected if Evans did the installation Also, I was charged for work not performed."

"Stonebridge will lie to get out of trouble. Take pictures. use your cell phone to take pictures of everything. Take a picture of the screen to record the time and date. You have to prove yourself. I took pictures of water on our floor after they put in freon, ruined baseboards, serviceman standing outside looking at our inside unit with about 3 to 4 inches of ice on it. They wanted to come back to our home. But they wanted to charge me a service fee. I did not trust them anymore. They yelled at me on the phone. I paid another service company for a consultation….and they found more than one thing wrong. Don't let them come back to your home once they have treated you like your are stupid."

We have 5 employees, and we do not use any sub contractors. Our service call is $69, when we arrive at your house we will greet you uniformed, clean. We will protect your floor using shoe covers, when we find out what is wrong with your system we will give you the price for the repair before any work is completed.

"Terrible customer service! This company does not understand what it means to operate in East Texas. A service gentleman came to our house and tested the system with a device that acts as a thermostat, we were told the problem was only with our thermostat and that it needed to be replaced (Without plugging in the thermostat). We were told they do not install thermostats, unless it is one they provide (they were very expensive). We installed the thermostat and still not heat. We had an electrician look at the system who told us it was in fact the HVAC system and specifically the transformer. I called Walker Heating and Air to see if they could waive their $79.99 service call fee because the problem was the transformer i.e the HVAC unit. The employee I spoke with told me there was no way the problem was the transformer when they were there and they could not help. I advised that I would have no problem calling another heating and air company to fix the problem but wanted to give them a chance since the problem was in fact with the HVAC system and they had already been out there. He told me to call someone else. I highly recommend using anyone other than Walker Heating and Air for your heating and air needs."
