He was very honest with us and told us exactly what he would do. He was honest with us and told us all we needed to do was replace them. We did that, and it made all the difference in the world. He advised us of what to look for in the future as well. He also said he would come back for no charge if we had any problems in the future. He's a genuine person and I would go back and call Mr. Martin any time.

They had exceptional service. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. This company is thorough and gives suggestions and advice. He doesn't require any payment up front, needs no contract and is a man of his word. He is of the handshake variety and has been doing this work for 30 years. I trust him implicitly; he was in my house without my being there. I will use him again in the future.
