Rotoserv Professional Carpet Cleaning

Great, Very Proffesional.

I have been using Rotoserv for about 3-4 years. They are just lovely people that do a terrific job, at a terrific price. Anybody that uses them, will really like them and be happy with the work that they do.

Katrina and Joe called in route notifying me they would be a few minutes late which was very professional and considerate. The price I paid was the quote they gave me and they did a very thorough job explaining to me what they were doing and letting me know how bad each duct was on a scale of 1-10. (.i didn't know if air duct cleaning was necessary but the house we just bought built in 2003 had not been lived in since December and the air conditioning guy said we needed it.). They worked 3 1/2 hours and Katrina hand cleaned each vent with Folex my favorite cleaning product! They also gave me some good tips about what filters I should buy and how often to change it. They gave me a floor guy recommend , estate sale info, and restaurant reviews. being new to town this was so sweet! I wis

Our last experience was excellent. They're really good. They do a very good job. They're very clean and thorough. They are very nice people. They're just outstandingly professional and personable and caring.

Let me tell you, there is no better service for the money. You can get the carpets cleaned for $125.00 if thats all you want or need. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in this industry. He even got out pet stains that he told me would probably not come out. He is very thorough, but yet you don't have to be inconvenienced either all morning or all afternoon. Very careful with your items. We have used him before and will continue to as the need arises.

Arrived on time and stayed busy the whole time. Furniture was propped and moved. Rugs raked when they finished.

It was a very good price because I had someone else clean before and for one room they charged $100.
