They confirmed that the Elkay faucet would require a new cartridge/stem, but that the kitchen faucet only needed a new stainless steel ball with stems and springs. They then went to their supply store for parts, returned and installed them, after which neither faucet leaked. Since then, there has been no leak in the Elkay faucet, but the kitchen faucet began dripping a few days later. My current plan is to have another plumber install a new cartridge which I will supply in the Moen faucet."

Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
