Please do not take it personally if I do not get back with an estimate right away. I welcome any follow up calls from customers. I try my best to follow up with all my customers. As you can seen from my reviews I have done a decent job of taking care of most of my customers, yet not as good I am striving to do. Those customers that I had disappointed I do appreciate their reviews because it helps me to be a better businessman. I look back upon my mistakes and I learn from them so that I can sharpen my skills and be better. I am still streamlining my business so that I will have an A+ rating in the future. Right now I am a one man shop with a part time helper. In the future I want to hire more people and have my business be the one that you look to for your needs. God Bless!
