As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

At this time we have two employees, which include our office manager. We do most of the work ourselves. As a Contractor subs are needed at times in different areas. We provide free estimates on work, and provide a written proposal. We do work time and materials, $75.00 service call, then $70.00 an hour for the lead person, $35.00 an hour for any additional people. In the event of emergency calls in the evening or on weekends we charge a $150 service call and $100 a hour for labor.

He replied promptly, was back sooner than estimated with perfectly fitting and color matched frames and screens, all at a fraction of the price other companies had been estimating (even though none of them would even come out to look at the windows without charging me for a service call that would have amounted to more than Terry charged me for the whole job."
