Tile and Grout Solutions was the only company to respond other than with an identical paragraph telling me it's so much a sq ft (leaving me to figure it out) and that they don't move china cabinets or electronics. Joseph Maxwell scheduled a visit, gave me a quote, and best of all, did a demonstration of how my floor will look after cleaning. My tile has been down about 10 years and needs cleaning badly after a bunch of cats and dogs. I was very impressed with his demonstration showing how great my floor will look. I will be scheduling them shortly."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
