It appeared to me they did a quality job with quality materials. Two men did the job with a small excavator. A Beaumont city inspector inspected and passed on the work. The work was done recently, but all has worked well so far. The grass is starting to grow some, again, and the and quot;ridgeand quot; of surface-dirt along the line is settleing, leveling out . The surface was disturbed quite a bit, but I don't think that could have been avoided digging and laying line through clay soil. The workers did a good job of avoiding damage to nearby landscape: flower beds, trees, bushes, and a storage building. I had 2 other bids, one for almost $8000 and one for $2200. I decided on All Star based on a recommendation of a neighbor, their price, and my conversation with the worker from All Star. The job is warranted for 2 years, which I think is too short. I think the warranty on a job like that should be 5 years, or longer.

They come once a week or every ten days. I am on a monthly contract with them but if I want something special done they do that too. They even built landscaping boxes and things for me out of wood. They are really good to me. I have two homes and they charge $120 a month for my home in Belmont which has a little smaller yard and the home in Lumberton they charge a $100 because they just cut the grass there. The house in Belmont he does the full landscaping and in Lumberton its just grass cutting. The way that works out is that they cut more in the summer than they do in the winter. They are very professional and even dress professionally. They clean up and if they trim then they trim the curb off neatly. I am just very pleased. I have had other lawn services before but I have kept Rudy's for years because they do a really great job. Hey! My name is Mark. I am 22 years old and looking for opportunities to make some extra money and eventually get out of a basic 9-5. My brother and I work together doing whatever work we can find along with our full time jobs. I have experience in pulling trailers, tractors (with attachments, brush hog, box blade, front end loader), small excavators, scrap, cars/ trucks, and even furniture. Just about anything you need moved, I’m your guy! I also have experience in grass cutting, trimming, mulching, fencing, mechanic work, drywall, and framing/flooring. I am always open to trying new things. I have a Chevy 2500 haul truck I can use for big stuff. Tow limit 13,000 on a standard hitch but I do have a fifth wheel hookup if you have a RV, camper or cattle trailer that needs to be moved/delivered. I am a disciplined person and I pay attention to detail. I don’t like to be sloppy so you can count on me to be on time and get the job done right. If you need something done that’s not listed feel free to ask. My brother and I have flexible work schedules so timing is not an issue. Will work weekends and holidays. I do have a heavy duty trailer that can be used for hauling as well. 7ft wide by 16ft long with sides.
"Very great. I’ve worked with mark for a couple of years and see the work he puts in. Definitely a great hand"

You lead the way we'll work together to get the job done. No matter what that job is. We can hang Christmas lights or get the yard ready for out of town guest arrival. No job is too small or unimportant. I'll be there to program the remote or paint the nursery. We'll change the batteries in your smoke detectors and the air filters and your AC. We'll repair your fence or install new mini blinds. We'll do it all.

FAQs for landscaping projects in Fannett, TX
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
If you want landscaping done but want to save some money on the overall fees, you can do a few things at every stage. Some ways to save money on your landscaping include:
Repurpose existing features and materials
Softscape instead of hardscape
Choose the more inexpensive materials
DIY when you can
Buy young plants instead of mature ones
If you are an avid DIYer and have plenty of time to dedicate to your yard, doing your own landscaping (or at least some of it) can be an affordable option. Projects like planting a tree, planting grass, laying sod, or building a firepit can realistically be done without the need for a landscaping professional. However, these projects can take considerable time and some landscaping knowledge, so having a pro might save you in the long run.
Projects that are dangerous, like digging with heavy machinery or removing a tree, should always be done by a professional.
Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:
Location
Yard size
Project size
Materials
Land preparation
Type of landscaping
Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000.
