"I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Peter worked very hard. Would have given 5's but for the fact that he came prepared for electrical work, but not for the trenching part of the job. That difficulty cost me money because he was on an hourly rate."

"Tech found bad connector between panels and replaced it."

"Installation by local company, Mendocino Solar, was great. Continuing Service when needed has been great as well."

"They were unable to perform the work but were very nice and gave me the information I needed to ultimately get it scheduled"

"

We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery.  We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening.  I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel.  He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem.  I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back.  He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day.  He was informative, courteous and very helpful.

The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge.  He also checked our battery and said it was okay.  He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time.  Again, he was informative and courteous.

We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future.  Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.

Thank you - great job!!

"We recently purchased a home that had solar panels purchased and installed from Aztec Renewable Energy. Our utility company notified us our panels were no longer sending information to them. We contacted Aztec, left a voice message, and they immediately returned our call and got the process rolling to remedy our problem. This being our first home with solar panels were had many questions. They were very kind and patient with us, explained the potential problems and cost of the potential project. This is our first contact with Aztec and it could not have gone better!"
