"Poor customer service & prices. Clay kept putting me off several times & I had to bug him to get a new quote. It went as follows: I got an estimate. Then he came & took the measurements. Then I was trying to adjust & reduce the flooring project to fit my budget. Then the quote on the half project wasnt even close to half the price- they increased their charges. I wasn't happy with that. Then I adjusted my project again to better fit my budget & asked for a new quote. He put me off then never contacted me again, just dropped the ball. So I had to start all over with getting quotes. Thankfully I found a WAY better option the 2nd time around (Best Budget Flooring): An actual flooring Co with a building & a website & public reviews- so there's actual accountability. They price-matched me a better product than I was going to buy separately. They did the ENTIRE job for me for CHEAPER & I didn't have to do any of the things myself. And they got rolling on it QUICKLY."

We had a rental that tenants left covered in dustballs, nicotine, lots of holes from hooks and pictures, etc. They cleaned the walls, patched the holes, sealed, and painted apartment and it turned out looking Awesome! He also took an extra minute to make one additional unrelated small repair. He also looked at a third issue and gave his opinion about the needed repair. He was very professional and we would certainly use him again."
