I enjoyed working with them. They ended up moving our appointment earlier, but were still mindful to do the project under favorable weather. Communicated well throughout the process. It was maybe a tad expensive for the square footage involved, but worth it to know they did a good job.

They did a good job. Still needing to do some touch-ups, but Chris was very reassuring that when we are ready for the touch-ups, he is happy to come out. So when we get some other projects finished, he is going to come back out for that. Overall, very pleasant and easy to work with - very informative as well.

They did a great job, quality is very good, they very respectful, overall very happy with the jobs they did here The issue I had is when the scope of work was not near as extensive as forecasted; charges were not reduced. In fact I believe perhaps 60% to 50 % too high for the work done, again quality was very good happy quality, just not the price, if what was as forecasted and need to be done I believe the quote would have been fair. We did pay as quoted

I hired Owen's to repair several areas in my drywall, including existing cracks and cracks that were previously repaired poorly by a handyman. When I first discussed the project with Chris, I was expecting the drywall to be repaired and textured so that the cracked areas would be barely noticeable, realizing that matching the existing texture exactly was not possible. Also, he would touch up the cracks once repaired with paint I provided. When Cody arrived (on-time), he seemed unsure about what exactly needed to be done. Also, some of the equipment he needed was in their other work truck, so he had to leave later to get that equipment. He, with Chris' help, did get the cracks repaired and they did look better than before they started. Also, he did make a special trip for an additional $100 to buy matching paint for the dining room. However, no texturing was done at all so the previously cracked areas are now just flat stretches of dry wall. One of the repaired areas has a noticeable finger swipe. One cracked area in the dining room and two cracked areas in the adjoining laundry room were missed and still need repaired. Finally, Cody used paint thinner (my wife was very bothered by the odor) to clean up drywall mud spatter on our dining room tile floor. However, he missed several spots there and in our kitchen that we still need to clean up ourselves. They seemed rushed since they had to be done that day, so maybe that was why the texturing was skipped.

Chris and Cody did an excellent job. They were able to get my house painted sooner than we scheduled and worked with me on a price that was fair.

Chris was very responsive to my initial call requesting a quote. Had the work originally scheduled for 1st week of October but he notified me they could move it up to mid-August if I was ready. Work was completed as promised. I have noticed a few spots that could have been prepped better but all in all Iâ m pleased with the job Chris and his helper did. I feel I got what I paid for and definitely recommend him.
