"X Team did a complete rebuild of our gutters. They removed the birds from my gutters. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. X Team far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional needs. These guys are full service - they found other issues where birds were getting in my Louvers. "It was a learning process since it was a Mother and 4 babies.  This was not what was expected with it being so late in the breeding season.  The responsiveness of the Guaranteed Rodent Team was exceptional including removal of two babies that wound up in our house on a Sunday. 
We will continue to use Guaranteed Rodent Removal for any other critter infestations, although they gave us a warranty for any other problems.  Thanks to Chuck and Jeff for their commitment."
