"This company replaced our roof after a damaging hail storm. I wish I could recommend them, but because of their lack of communications (between their staff and with their customers) and bad business practices, I cannot. We were told our new roof would look like our old one, which was gray. Instead they installed brown shingles! After many complaints from us through phone calls, messages, and emails to which they didn't respond, finally the owner agreed to give us a new roof in the correct color but without the upgraded shingles that they had used. My husband wanted the upgrade and they agreed on the price for that. Several days later we were notified that we needed to pay almost double that amount before they could start work. My husband explained that was not the agreed-upon amount so they came back with another number that wasn't as high but still not the amount that had been agreed on. So they are dragging their feet ... and I'm not sure I want them touching my roof. BEWARE!!"
