"They came out after the permit was given and got right to work the first setting all the poles and the big mister one that was going to hold the gate and got the gate frame done. The next day the same and knocked it out in a fury of nails from the one and sparks from the welding the gate opening system and ram. I love my fence and private driveway gate. It's nothing short of beautiful. And thank you guys so much."

"I began our search for a fencing contractor with these two considerations in mind: quality product and quality workmanship I requested bids from five different fencing contractors. One of the contractors had built two of our neighbor’s fences; so, we saved them for last as we were somewhat familiar with their work. The first four contractors seemed reputable and competitively priced. However, I found myself having to negotiate add-ons, and questioning their construction procedures. I then called Cisco Fences Inc.; the company that constructed our neighbors’ fences. Francisco Lopez, the owner of Cisco Fences, came out to measure the area and provide an estimate. I explained that I wanted a cedar, board on board, 8’ high fence with a top cap. I was very impressed with Francisco’s knowledge. He thoroughly explained every aspect of what their construction entailed. His quote was in line with the quotes I had received from the other companies. He then asked how many gates we wanted, if we wanted one of the headers and decorative gate hardware – all of which can be seen on their website – all of which also was part of his initial quote. What further impressed me is the scrolled headers and wrought-iron window inserts, which are depicted on their web site. The headers are hand cut from dimensional cedar board lumber and fitted on-site. All posts were set 6ft or less on center, hand dug and sunk 3ft then supported with site-mixed concrete (other contractors are known to use “quick set” concrete which is not as solid). He then said that he would take care of the city inspection and, as I have a swimming pool, erect temporary protective fencing while the concrete was setting up. By the time he was finished, I had no further questions – he had thoroughly covered everything. A testament to their quality control was shown as, at the end of each day, either Francisco’s project manager or one of his foremen came out to check on the progress and make sure the work was up to par. After the fence was erected and acclimated for several weeks, they came back out and inspected each board and replaced several boards that were not up to their quality standards. Then they stained the fence. We were so impressed with their workmanship and professional manner that we contracted them to build a stone retaining wall on the front corner of our property as we had erosion which needed to be mitigated. We also had a stone border built along the front flower beds; all of which had a base of rebar set into concrete – a very solid solution. Additionally, we had our front entry as well as our back porch paved with flagstone; which they hand selected, so the color would complement the brick on our house. All of which was cut and fitted on-site. Obviously, I highly recommend Cisco Fences for their skilled and excellent workmanship. Plano. TX"

Professional welder that takes great pride in every weld I make and in everything I repair or build. I physically cannot walk away from my work until it’s 100% complete and up to my standards as well as yours. PERFECT is my standard and nothing less. I just restarted my business after taking some time off to take care of some family matters. All of my work previously was by word of mouth, I never advertised. I did 1 job and I think they bragged to the whole world because I ended up getting more work than I could handle. Every client after did the same. My work always speaks for itself. I promise to always do quality work with my safety as well as yours in mind. I can weld practically every process known to man (TIG, Stick, MIG, Fluxcore, High Frequency TIG, Oxy/Acetylene). I am proficient in all alloys (Carbon, Stainless, Chromoly, Inconel, hastalloy, Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel). Been welding professionally for 28 years. I’m very skilled in X-Ray pipe welding and structures.

Gate Repair questions, answered by experts

When choosing a driveway gate, consider the fence material, whether you want an automatic gate or a manual one, and property limitations like the slope of your driveway. We recommend speaking with a professional driveway gate installer to see what types of gates will work on your property based on your fencing or home’s exterior. Keep in mind that driveway gates should range between 10 to 12 feet wide to ensure cars can easily maneuver through the gateway.

While entryways are seldom added to a house to increase the sale price, they are commonly constructed to increase the livability and enjoyment of a home. So, while they aren’t necessary, they do make for a more comfortable and luxurious-feeling home. Entryways are most valuable in areas of extreme heat, cold, or rain, as the space between the living area and the outdoors helps keep the outdoors outside. Plus, snow, wet boots, and mud are all corralled into one space that’s easy to clean.

Yes, professionals can install gates with locking mechanisms and access control systems for added security.

A sliding gate, or a sliding gate door, is a versatile gate system used for various applications. Sliding gate mechanisms allow the gate to move horizontally along a track or guide system when opened or closed. They come in multiple types, including sliding folding gates, telescopic gates, cantilever gates, and track sliding gates. These gates are known for their durability, ease of installation, and user-friendly operation, making them popular for property access and security.

Double gates come with the same gaps as single gates, with hinges taking up a quarter of an inch of space. The difference is that double fence gates also have a center gap, which needs a little more clearance. Space the center gap at half an inch instead of the usual three-eighths of an inch for a single gate.
