"Carpet was 8 x 10. Simply Rug Cleaning pick-up rug and took to their facility. Carpet was returned in 14 days. The carpet had been under a plant and was wet for several months. They did a very good job getting the mold out and sanitizing the carpet. The water stain is still slightly visible but much better. I was happy with their service and would use again."

"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well.
