"I am extremely happy with my experience with John and his company. A section of my garage ceiling fell and needed to be replaced. John outbid every other contractor with a fair price. He was professional, responding to ever call/text, and he confirmed day and time he would come to my house to complete the work. John and his team showed up promptly to do the work. It was amazing to watch how seamlessly he and his team worked. His experience and professionalism truly show, and there is no doubt he does his best work and takes pride in a job well done. At one point I told him not to worry about how pretty something looked because after all, it's a garage and it was an area in the corner. He said that if something is going to be done, it should be done correctly and done right the first time it's done. I should add that not only was the sheetrock replaced, but the length of the ceiling that was replaced was reinforced with 2 x 4 pieces of wood. That section of the ceiling definitely is NOT falling down any time soon. When all the work was done, they cleaned up and hauled away all the old material. You can't tell anything happened in the garage because of how clean they work. I highly recommend this company and would rehire in a heartbeat if any other drywall projects need to be done."

When Cesar and his crew came out to complete the agreed upon work, they were kind, professional, detail oriented, and highly skilled. Not just Jeff, but everyone on his crew has always show up on time, and considerate of our spaces and even social distancing as necessary. Our most recent project was at the beginning of the Covid-19 quarantine and outside, but it was necessary for them to come in a bit). The quality of the work has always been outstanding and better than the (old but longstanding) builder quality which I hire them to upgrade for me. They pay attention to detail and always go above and beyond - when surprise "extras" appear in the work, offering choices for solutions that won't break my budget. "21st Century Painting has a good Lead Man in Miles. Crew was excellent and went above & beyond what I expected, totally a Professional Job from start to finish & clean up. Very down to earth and friendly, plus entire crew was motivated and into getting the job done right, one & done! They will be top of the list in 12-15 years to paint it again, as they didn’t thin out the paint like others do, so it will last to almost 12 to 15 years, where as everyone else you only get 5-7 years max. DAM GOOD COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR IT."

"Gary and his team are fantastic! Hands down the best we've worked with in our 20+ years as home owners. As long as Gary is working, we will never go with anyone else. The entire experience was pretty amazing and pain free. They come in, do the work efficiently - each person on the crew knows exactly what they are doing and how to do it - and when they leave, the only way to tell they were there is because of perfectly done end product. "Terrible experience! Incompetent crew. Ineffective salesperson (Mark). Project lead (Rene) was a ghost. A 3-4 day external house painting project turned into 3 weeks (3weeks!) of a trashed worksite. The crew was left unsupervised to handle prep work (repairs, primer, caulk, etc) and seemed reluctant to finish prep before painting. Called our point of contact (Mark) numerous times to ask for corrections and where was the project lead (Rene)? We actually had to lock up the paint because the crew just kept painting before all prep was finished! Lots of wasted paint, time, and materials. It came down to us finally asking for the owner’s contact info. Suddenly the project became important enough to complete & the project lead was onsite for the final 2 days. Owner (Ellis) said; “If I had known sooner, I would have sent a different crew.” What??! You sent us your D-team? Does another competent A-team exist? How effective is your salesperson as our point of contact? Why didn’t he keep you informed of all progress? Why did we need to call you? Not surprisingly, both owner and salesperson seemed very interested in NOT receiving a bad review. Right…. Job finally finished. Not worth the pain. Would NEVER recommend Southern Painting. Very unprofessional."
