I had originally, intended to hire someone to paint my cabinets; that is how I met William, but then we had a bad rain storm and I noticed I had a leak around the air conditioner again. I don't know how many time in the past I have hired someone to fix my roof for me only to have a leak. Well William Gomez showed us all the problems and than proceeded to fix them . He did such a great job that I would rate him on the same level as Mike Holmes. When I can afford to do a new roof it will be William Gomez Creativers who I will hire and any future work I will hire him for. William takes pride in doing a great job. He is not the cheapest but I am tired of cheap. He is the best. His helper Chris was also very good. I can't say enough wonderful thing about him. Irene Villalva

At 6am this morning, day of scheduled service (scheduled for 730am) William from CRS started texting that he needed 50% money up-front and could someone meet him first thing to pay him. This is after we had already confirmed the evening prior how & when payment would occur. I'm out of town and had already made arrangements for someone to leave the requested paint, verify the work, collect contract/receipt/warranty paperwork and make payment. This was all communicated & confirmed by William from CRS last night, the evening prior. When William was asked for a copy of the contract/quote prior to paying the 50% down, William said "I'll pass". The CRS website advertises materials and a one year warranty on the Homeadvisors website. However, I was asked to provide my own paint, asked last minute to pay 50% up front and refused a copy of the contract. William "passes" on our job the day of service after completely changing terms. Paying a percentage up-front can be a reasonable request but never last minute and NEVER before being provided a written contract,quote or agreement. If William represents CRS and their normal business practices...I'd advise homeowners to look elsewhere and I'd highly encourage Homeadvisors to "re-verify" CRS business practices before recommending them to homeowners.

CRS (William) was very professional and completed my door installation very much to my liking. No complaints from me. Highly satisfied. Of the three professionals that were recommended: One didn't bother to show up to present an estimate and didn't call either. The second professional showed up and gave me an estimate but I couldn't hire him because he was out of town on the days I wanted the job done. CRS (William) showed up and gave an estimate that was $110 less than my prior estimate. Hired CRS, don't regret it.

I would have liked him to really redo the shower but he was too busy with new wall & floor install because of water damage. He did a wonderful job though on this involved wall & flooring

He was great, and he had a really good helper with him too. They did an excellent job moving some wires, repairing our front door, repairing a vent in the bathroom that was leaking from the roof. He fix the leaking problem, by putting some new shingles on the roof. They fixed the vent, and painted the whole bathroom ceiling, all over two days. They went above and beyond our expectations, everything was left sparkling clean when they were through, and he even helped us take down some Christmas box's high up in the garage, and put them in a shed so we could get to them. Thank You

William Gomez is the contractor we all hope and pray we will find in this world that seems so full of incompetent and uncaring repairmen. William is dependable, hard-working, conscientious, truly creative and extremely talented. He was able to complete a very challenging plumbing repair and did the best bathroom tile job I have ever seen. It's absolutely beautiful. I really can't say enough about this man. He is worth his weight in gold.

He worked very hard and did a good job. He actually ended up having to do more than we originally agreed to, and only charged very little extra.

I was very pleased with his professionalism and with how well he prepared the area for the work to be performed. He was prompt and did more than was expected for the job. I would hire him again.

Will was fairly quick but very thorough! Advised of needed replacement parts but did not upsell more then what was needed. He had all the tools needed and explained things just to be sure you understood.he was friendly and worked with me on the price of the despair. I would use him again

CRS did outstanding job repairing our damaged sheet rock in our master closet, garage and master bathroom ceiling. Mr. William Gomez is very professional. His attention to detail, quality of work and timeliness is top notch. But most of all the compassion to go the extra mile to help check and replace our front porch light when we asked.
