"The only thing I docked them on was being late- although not much because we are so far out, and you can never predict traffic or the Cresson train. They were wonderful and super fast! They left markers all throughout the attic so you could easily see that the insulation was at least twelve inches. Super impressive. Would definitely recommend and if ever needed would use again."

"The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.

"Filled out the request for schedule dates below Member suggested dates to schedule service: Afternoon (PM) on 5/2/2014 Morning (AM) on 4/25/2014 Morning (AM) on 5/9/2014 Was sent a message that said they had an appointment for February 24th, I told them I wouldn't be ready since I was waiting for new furniture and the 4/25 date was the earliest. I waited for a response for the dates I proposed and it never happened. I contacted the company in May and stated that the voucher now was expired because I was waiting on him to call and schedule. He stated he would still honor the Big Deal. He came on June 6th to see what I wanted done. The whole time he was here he kept telling me that for what I paid for he wouldn't be able to do what I wanted for that price. All I wanted was my Smart TV mounted on the wall with the surround sound system that included 4 speakers hooked up along with my cable. He proceeded to tell me that my room wasn't big enough for all the speakers and that he would have to hide the wires which would take longer. I told him I was willing to pay for the extra time if needed. He still wasn't willing to install the surround sound system and suggested I purchase a system that only had the sound bar because it would be easier and less equipment to deal with. I really don't have the money to buy another surround sound and couldn't take this one back since I purchased it during Christmas and the return time has passed. I would like to have this refunded because I don't feel he will install what I want and I'll have to settle or compromise on what I want set up. I can be reached at 817-879-2223"
