"I let them know that I would not be home in the morning, so they were to come after 1:00 on the scheduled date. I received a voice mail at 11:30 saying they were at my house doing the gutters and windows, and to give them a call. I called back right away, but had to leave a voice mail in which I told them not to clean the windows until I arrived for a quote. I arrived home about 12:30 and they were done with the gutters and only had 3 windows left to clean.
