"Reliant contacted me shortly after I requested a quote through Angie’s List around 8 PM at night. David was at my house at 10 AM the next morning. He was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We had torsion springs and rollers replaced and the price was agreeable. I would recommend this company to a friend and will be using them for any garage door needs in the future."

"Guys are amazing and their work very reasonable priced. I had the continues issue with my garage door for years and then eventually it gets stucked , I needed to go to work and my car was inside. I found the company and Roman came like in 1 hour or so. He unblocked it and let me go to work , after I came the door was fixed, I think he replaced like 2-3 parts and now it's working like new. Nice to have business with professionals. Highly recommend"

"We had gone through 2 other contractors that drug their feet and ended up ghosting us. Within a week or so Chris had all the details worked out through insurance, materials at the house and guys on the roof. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. I have yet to find a roofing nail or any debris. Bottom line Zeeks is a great family own and operated business!"

Garages questions, answered by experts

In some cases, a detached garage can be considered extra living space, but you will need to gain permission and comply with your local building code. Depending on where you live, you may need permits for a variety of installations, including electrical work, plumbing, and structural work. Many homeowners make the mistake of converting a garage into a living space without acquiring permits, which can result in hefty fines and even the removal of your hard work. Furthermore, a detached garage doesn’t add to the livable square footage of your home when it’s time to sell.

Yes, with sustainable wood products and high-efficiency lighting options.

A garage door screen can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you frequently use your garage for activities like a home gym, workshop, or other hobbies. It allows you to enjoy fresh air and natural light without worrying about bugs. Additionally, a screen provides ventilation that can improve air quality when you're working with paints, varnishes, or producing sawdust.

The best option depends on your usage. For occasional use, a DIY fabric screen is a low-cost, simple solution that you can put up and take down as needed. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the space, investing in a customized, professionally installed garage door screen can help transform the area into a new hub for your household.

The difference between vinyl and rubber garage door bottom seals comes down to cost, flexibility, and climate. Vinyl is the budget-friendly option, lasting well in moderate climates and resisting wear and tear. In colder climates, it can get stiff and make installation more difficult. Alternatively, rubber offers more flexibility, even in freezing temperatures, and better sticks to uneven surfaces. Rubber is more expensive but tends to be more adaptable.

Without a doubt, insulating a garage door is a surefire way to make your home more energy efficient. Not only does insulating your garage door reduce your electric bills, but it also helps protect your valuables inside your garage, all while making for a quieter interior space.

In regions that drop below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, your car's battery is at risk of malfunctioning in a garage that drops dangerously low. So, homeowners who reside in extremely cold climates can especially benefit from insulating their garages.
