"The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job."

There was no discrepancy between what the estimator (Ryan) promised and what the leveling crew (David, Christian, and Blake) said they could do (and what they did) to re-level my concrete pad. I’m very happy with the results and the entire experience. After dealing with other companies and various contractors for many years, this was a refreshing experience! Highly recommend!"
