I believe the quality of work is good, however clean-up is very poor. I removed a full wheelbarrow full of concrete pieces after the job was completed and had to remove some forms left on a border. They also used my shovel and level and did not return them after the job was completed.

Manuel was professional and put up with my many questions. His crew was great also.

Highly recommend this contractor. Poured driveway extension and was very efficient in all aspects of the project. Very pleased with the work they performed.

Were not fully prepared to perform the work. The performed grinding and polishing. The showed up about an hour late and did have the machine. They did not have a hand water sprayer, bucket, mop or broom or anything else other than the machine and discs. Manuel looked at the work needed on Tuesday so it was clear what tools and supplies were needed. He looked at the box containing the repair mix that I had used over a month ago to fill the void in the garage floor. He also looked at the plastic bottle containing the prep material I used to clean and etch the surface prior to filling the void. He stated I had used the right materials. When he and his helper showed up this morning, the didn’t have the right grinding disc and had to stop work and go out and buy the appropriate ones. Manuel did supervise the work. He and his helper were courteous and did clean up the work area, but did not thoroughly clean my bucket or mop that I had loaned them. After they left, I cleaned them and then removed the work area twice. I had stated to Manuel when we met two days ago that I needed him to provide a written receipt when paid. He acknowledged this requirement and stated he would. He didn’t even have a pen or a receipt book. I provided him both. And he then made out a good receipt indicating “paid in full”. He is a good guy as was his helper. If I could have rated him with a 3 1/2, I would have.

Manuel and his crews are prompt, respectful, and top notch in quality work. The job was over 1800 sq. ft. It required extra dirt work. Existing concrete and sidewalks had to be incorporated in the driveway. Drainage was a major issue. The work was completed on schedule in spite of threat of rain, and above expectation. Great quality work all around. Highly recommended!!!!

Was a little late on the start and apologized for that, but the job was awesome and perfect.

Really great customer service. I wish they has finished the concrete stain. I had to finish it.

I've called to get a receipt no answer. They do not clean up very well either.
