"I have so many good things to say about M&M Asphalt. We used them to repave our commercial parking lot and the work they did was amazing. Their workmanship was excellent and they really conducted themselves like professionals. They always showed up on time, respected our property, and were wonderful communicators. We always knew exactly what was going on with our project. If we ever need paving work done again in the future Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  m glad we now have a company we can rely on. Thank you, guys!"

"Awesome service! Never have to worry about yard work. They are here every two weeks. They even take the debris and dispose of them rather than using our trash can."
Laying down squares of Floratam St. Augustine. Laying the squares is easy. Notice the prep work. There used to be weed infested grass in that area. Tilling is a lost art but Lawn Pros still uses this method before sod installs.

"Olive wood landscaping answered me quickly and came to my house the same day. He didn't charge me a lot for the big tree branch that was broken on my roof. He did a great job and very professional. I will be calling him again when I need my tree cut."

Paving Services questions, answered by experts

A traditional driveway gate isn’t your only option when installing a barricade in front of your driveway. A security gate like a swing gate, double swing gate, bi-folding gate, vertical gate, or pivot gate could work just as well as your driveway gate—if not better for your home depending on which qualities you’re after. Like sliding driveway gates, many of these alternatives work with automatic features that simplify entering and exiting your property.

Professionals restore the surface to a fresh, attractive finish by applying a new, even sealant layer.

Yes, but it's best to kill off the grass with solarization and remove the dead plant matter before laying down the pavers. This helps limit the chance of your pavers shifting as the dead plant matter decomposes.

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time. Your professional may lengthen your road to create switchbacks if the slope directly to your home is too steep, as there are regulations for maximum road slope. The drainage system will help prevent runoff from the higher side of the slope from damaging the asphalt or concrete. Keep in mind that building a road on a slope isn’t a good DIY project, as a lot can go wrong.

Asphalt and tarmac are not the same thing. Traditional tarmac, short for tarmacadam, uses tar as a binder to hold crushed stone together. Asphalt uses bitumen—a byproduct of crude oil—to bind aggregate. Though tarmac was once a go-to for roads, asphalt has become the modern standard. And these days, most surfaces referred to as “tarmac” are actually asphalt. So, while the names may overlap, the key distinction lies in the binder—tar for tarmac and bitumen for asphalt.
