John and Christina are two of the kindest and most hardworking individuals that I have done business with. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and always called, texted, or alerted me to what was happening and occurring at all times throughout the project. DeShawn and Juan did an excellent job on my landscaping project. Both gave meticulous attention to all the details of the projects and answered all of my questions throughout the whole process. Pedro Beltran called me and promised me a quality job with quality brass fixtures and said they warranted their work and fixtures for 10 years. It turns out the fixtures that they supplied was not brass ($40-$50 each) but sprayed aluminum fixtures ($25 each) (see attached) the installation of the wire was well done and buried very well. They hung the power supply very poorly with only one screw on a brick wall. The first night that we turned on the lights October 8 they went on and then switched off in less than 5 minutes. I called Beltran and he would come and look at it. I told him the system was switching off because it could not handle the load at 150 watts. He said that he didn't think that it was that. I called him more than 5 times and they did not come out and fix. after about 15 days he said they would have to come and rewire the system. After 10 days and no visit i purchased a more powerful 300 watt transformer and success the system worked and has worked for more than 3 weeks. I called Beltran and told him that the new transformer worked and all he had to do was either reimburse me for my cost or replace it with one of his. this was on October 29 that is 30 days ago - he has not called me or tried to come by to arrange a fix. on Nov 5 i sent a text telling him i needed him to resolve this issue - he sent me a note saying he would do something. On Nov 23 i sent another text telling him contact me within the next week or i would take alternative steps. a total of 15 texts and he has not responded - so this is the first of my alternative steps - others will follow - if they cannot give me a system that works what kind of warranty work can i expect - very disappointing -

John and Pete were extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. It was a job request with a lot of projects involved, and they were able to handle each of them for us: trimming all our palm trees, adding pop to the landscape, spreading 10 dump truck loads over the property to help level it out after Harvey, and to re-rocking the flower beds. They even worked with us when a few projects popped up while they were here. They were punctual, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys for a job well Done!!! We will be calling you again!!

Kingrey Trucking is top notch! Have contracted them for several jobs. No job too small or trivial, fair pricing and very professional crew. Show up on time, do the work as agreed upon and no jumping from job to job while you wait on yours to be finished. John Kingrey and his foreman Juan go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
