Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "October, 2013Met with Laura and she viewed our newly remodeled home, looking at all the antiques we have and gave suggestions on how to set up our guestroom using quilts we inherited from family.  She was able to adapt muslin curtains my grandmother made to fit current window and sewed a piece of fabric a cross the back of one of the quilts so we could use it as a wall hanging behind the antique pineapple bed.          $100.00.        Met with us to purchase fabric for her to make a roman shade for our large kitchen window which is over our sink and suggested a table runner using same fabric as used for roman shade.  She returned the muslin curtains and quilts she had redone.        November, 2013        Installed kitchen roman shade        $300.00 for shade & installation        We were unhappy with the backing used on the table runner - she happily took it back & remade it for us without any problems  and now we love it.        Looked over our old living room curtains and suggested updating them by removing the outdated top & adding the same fabric as what was used for the kitchen roman shade to the tops of each curtain panel. Now each curtain can be hung with clips.  She told us which rods to purchase at Lowes for our bay window and suggested we hang panels only there.  $25/pall el.  Since the holiday season was nearing, we told her we were not in a rush for these - she got them to us mid-December. She recovered 1 floor pillow for us - $25.00 & returned it to us about 1 week later. She gave us the name of an upholsterer to make cushions for our dining room bench & chairs. She was always very friendly and pleasant to work with, felt like we were working with a longtime friend.  She is professional and has very creative ways to solve decorating issues that are very affordable.  We highly recommend her to anyone wanting excellent decorating services at a reasonable cost."
