This crew was by themselves in the home for 4 days. They were hones and hardworking. They were able to get out some very stained areas in the utility and bathrooms. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Would definitely recommend."

"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"Fine. Not much spot removal, maybe spots were too old. They used my water hose and I was not aware I had to also pay for the water they needed to use. It was not the cost, but the lack of knowing it was required I furnish the water for steam. Technicians were friendly and fast. They did and additional small area for a cheap cost. I was happy with that. Overall, rug looks much better, happy with that."

Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great!
