The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. I had pest control guy tell me my attic insulation had to be replaced. The rep, Guy, told me that wasn't what I needed. He told me that replacement the attic insulation would not solve my rats. He gave me names of good pest controls. Guy said to contact them before spending thousands of dollars for rats in my attic. Thank you Guy."
