TexPro Foundation Repair

I had three quotes and TexPro beat the others by thousands. I had a garage and large bathroom that was sinking and pulling away from the house. They came out and fixed them both in one single day. Cleaned up nicely, you couldnâ t even tell they dug under so deep when they were done. Great Job Guys!! Thank you so much!!

They did not provide me with the warranty and the engineer report. They did the work a few month ago and every time I call them they say they are not in the office.

I hired them to repair floor damage due to water leakage, My issue they told me the foundation needed new beams to hold up floor that rotted in the crawl space. But now my floor is spongy because they did not secure the beams properly. The sub floor is lower than the original floor it does not match up. It needs quarter inch plywood to come to original height. The sub floor that they put in does not match so we cannot put in new linoleum. The used sub par material. They returned one phone and told me they are done, the floor bounces. Gaps in flooring. It is pieced together.

I had 4 professional bids and all 4 identified the drastic difference between from and back of home...almost 2.5 inches. Tex-Pro was the single bid to explain why (had an underground water leak at front of house faucet). Even though not the lowest bid Tex-Pro earned my choice. And I am so pleased that I did!

they were quick on project turnaround and efficient during their work. I would recommend them for work and definitely for a quote. worth your time and money to check them out.

Good all around experience

TexPro did an excellent job. There are a few items they still need to follow up on and after the work was complete, I found out that I could have gotten the work done much less expensive.

Great service and professionals

TexPro did my foundation work in May 2018 after we completed an extensive bidding process. Our estimator was Kevin, who was very persistent with following up until the job was awarded (almost too persistent). I will say, he does make "promises" during the estimate that the guys working did not complete. Anything you ask his response is "Yes, we will take care of that"...get it in writing. Regarding the installation, our 1 day job that Kevin promised turned into 3 days. I called him the day before to reschedule due to expected rain at the end of the week but he assured me they would be done in 1 day and before the rain came. They were not! Needless to say, I had 15 holes around my house that were now filled with several feet of water for 2 days and mud everywhere. Also, my shrubs were dug up on the first day and just sitting in the driveway for this time. They could have completed the job in 1 day had the crew worked a full day instead of 10am - 3pm. At the end of the job, the crew planted the now dead scrubs, left mud all over my driveway and porch, patches of poorly mixed concrete, and piles of mud pushed up to the foundation! We contacted Kevin and his response was "they are not responsible for the shrubs and did everything they were supposed to do". Luckily, we had not paid any money so we had some leverage to get things exactly how we wanted it at the completion. Beth and the owner are very easy to work with and strive to solve any problems that arise. The owner quickly came out personally supervised the corrections to the concrete, shrubs and backfill/sloped material. Overall, we are happy with the lift and all inspections have passed. Just working with Kevin is not pleasant, once he gets the job booked.

The TexPro Foundation Repair portion of this company did great work and treated us and our home with respect.

Nestor came out and looked over my house. He made me comfortable with what was going on in my foundation, and how they would fix the issue. The crew came out the next morning and had the work done before 5pm. I came home to a fixed foundation, and zero mess. They even replanted the bushes, etc in my flower beds where they had to dig!

This is my first time being jacked up like this. I thought the process would be a little more painful but they did it with ease. It got me to the o I was hoping for. I just hope it lasts.

We have had nothing but problems with TexPro. The work was done timely but we had to call them several times to come out and fix an area where they failed to pack the dirt properly. When we hired them we were told (and it is on our agreement ) that we would get a warranty and an engineers report. to date we have neither. We had had to call them numerous times only to be told it would be handled.

This was quick and easy. The job was completed in one day and was completed to my satisfaction.

They came out when they said they would, gave me a fair quote and provide professional service

They said they would have all pipes and lines flagged prior to work. Did not do this and within 2 hours the supervisor had left to get more piers, they hit a gas line.

They arrived on time and finished in one day. Very satisfied.

This is for anyone getting foundation repair work done regardless of the company - just because they can fix one problem doesn't mean it won't create more and it's not guaranteed that they will fix the new one. I had cracks in my downstairs walls and ceiling which got corrected after the lift but it created new cracks in an upstairs bedroom (too bad, so sad). A little warning of this risk would have been nice. I would recommend to anyone having foundation work done to reach out to an independent structural engineer first; it's a couple hundred bucks but their insight will be critical in your decision to pick the right foundation repair company. TexPro was right in line with the engineer's recommendations unlike the other company I got a quote from that tried to "pile" on.

My experience with this company is far less than what I was promised by Nestor. Once they are paid the customer service is just about extinct. Took 4 months to get the engineers report after numerous calls to Bonnie. Still can't get a warranty. Nestor will not answer any of my calls unless I leave a voice mail. He was not like this during our first estimate. None of my doors works. Had to call numerous times to get the engineer and plumbing test done. This is not good business especially since all the service are paid for upfront. Keep scheduling warranty check up no one shows up. Another one schedule this week. I totally understand it takes time for the house to settle etc..but 6 months plus and none of the cracks in the bricks has even attempt to close, not even a minor closer. Feel like my job was rushed due to heavy rains that weekend. No fault of the workers. However,they should have just reschedule for another weekend once the dirt was dry.

My plants died when they said they would live after they replanted them. Too soon to know about the total quality.

TexPro got me on schedule quickly and performed the entire job in one day. The crew was polite and cleaned up well after they were finished. Thanks for a job well done!
