"I hired Tommy Roden to re-stain my back porch and deck at a home I own at Cedar Creek Lake. Their bid was twice as high as the other 2 competitors, but I wanted a quality job so I went with them. They applied Sherman Williams paint to both surfaces. When completed the work looked very good. But within 24 hours the surfaces in both areas started to bubble up. I told them and they came out to see if they could repair it. It didn't work. They said it was the product. We asked Sherman Williams in Gun Barrel City to come out and take a look. The Sherman Williams rep said that admitted that the problem was a result of their product failing. After much back and forth, Sherman Williams offered to pay for Mr. Roden to come back out, strip and re-apply and the job turned out great. Many thanks to Tommy who stood behind his work and went the extra effort to be sure I was taken care of."

I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. I'm tremendously grateful that Jess came and finished the job Saturday morning, because we all know what the storm-pocalypse was like on Sunday, June 9. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof.
