Great company!!! They are busy, we all are but they made me feel like a priority. They texted me when I called immediately to let me know they were with a customer and would call right back and called be back within 5 mins. Even with the weather event they were able to fix my system and get me back up and running!! Parker was so patient and amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me! He also was willing to troubleshoot before just saying things needed to be replaced or the whole system needed to be replaced. They did exactly what was needed and got me fixed right away!! I will be using them again and I recommend you do as well! Tell your friends and family because this is a top tier company and they are lucky to have Parker!

I ended up calling a diff a/c repair company who found the wire had been cut. after mending the wire on the unit it was all working fine.

The installation went great up to the point of installing the inlet filters. They wouldn't even have noticed that there weren't.any if we hadn't asked them what size to use. They were supposed to bring filter holders but they were the wrong size. They still have not returned with the right ones. I didn't get any paperwork ie. manuals or brochures for the system. They got their money though so I guess that we are not important to them anymore.

The party admitted that their unit was the cause of the damages but has as yet to be back in contact with me. The condensate damage is progressing causing more damage every day.

I had two houses for them to install new air conditioning, $4,200 each,. The old wiring needed to be changed and when I called them back, they wouldn't come back. I had to call them several times. Finally they came back and they did a lousy job. So I say I'd never go back with them. My tenants didn't even know they showed up; they said they were done. Lousy,lousy job. When they were on the job they showed up on time but I would never recommended them to anybody.

They showed up late and then told me they wouldn't do the deal. The deal said they would flush my water heater but I was told that it wasn't covered under the deal so they left.

It was complicated.  They had a little problem along the way but they eventually corrected it and they gave me a discount in the end.  There was an additional charge apart from the $49 big deal because we needed something done which cost $2800.  The problem we had with them was; they scheduled the job to be done and they asked for a payment and then when I went to the real property, nothing was completed yet.  So there was some confusion and mix up in scheduling between their office and their technician guys.  So then they went back and did things pretty quickly so a guy came in and actually did the work but then he kind of left them back.  So I called the owner and the owner sent another guy then they gave me a discount.  Once they did the work, it was really good.   

The price was pretty standard, the same with everyone else.  When they actually showed up, they showed up on time and did all the work but there was a confusion for them to come out.  Once they figured there was an issue, they worked with me on that.

First there was the four hour time period which seemed a little long. Then after I agreed and waited no one came and no one called. I emailed. Second chance: I agreed if slotted as first or last of day. No more four hour waits.
Tune up: opened air conditioner closet door and asked when the filter had been changed and reminded me to put bleach in traps. Said everything was fine and closed door.
Outside: Said  freon was fine but air conditioner was dirty--offered to clean it for $125.00. I declined. I know how to clean it, just hadn't gotten around to it and usually it gets cleaned as part of tune up which is why I know how easy it is to do.
And that was it.
Price: Sometimes you just get what you pay for but in this case, as cheap as it was, it was still overpriced. Nothing I couldn't do myself. I've had excellent tuneups in the past for bargain prices  and this was a big disappointment. Not worth the time or the money.
