"I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

"I can’t say enough about this Arlington, Texas-based team. After researching duct cleaning services in the DFW area, I was impressed with the reviews for Pure Air, so I set up an appointment. Our expectations for this service were not only met but exceeded. The care that this duo took to protect our home, while cleaning & sanitizing our ducts, was above & beyond what I ever imagined. We especially appreciated the explanations they provided along the way – SHOWING US what they found & how they were addressing the problems – AND cleaning up after. At the last minute, we opted to have our dryer vent cleaned as well. THANK GOD that we did; we were in danger of this dirty vent becoming a fire hazard! Our dryer, on an internal wall, has likely never been cleaned & had two significant blockages. We only purchased this home 2 years ago. "I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again."
