"Two men showed up as scheduled to install the mount. They looked over where it needed to be placed, and talked through with us the right height for the TV. Had the mount and TV up in a short amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. Even hooked up some of the devices although they didn't need to. Would definitely use them again."

I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
