Seven Construction has been in business since 2003 ensuring that each remodeling project is completed in a timely manner, within or under the estimated budget. Being customer focused with our attention to detail and ability to actively listen to our customers needs is what makes us stand apart from others.

"The owner provided a $1700 quote and my neighbor and I signed a contract for a single fence (it looked shady with no breakdowns of cost). The day the contract was signed he requested a $1,000 deposit and got started. When I got back home job was not finished and he wouldn't respond to our text messages asking when he's be back to finish the job. We had to call him due to his lack of text message responses. First he told us he was waiting on the concrete to dry. Then the next day he told my neighbor that the price of the materials had doubled (since he never reverified the new quote) and he wouldn't honor the price we agreed on. We waited another day for him to try to "negotiate" the price and then he never updated us on whether he could actually finish the job. After trying to contact him multiple times, we asked him to give us a refund. He came over the next day and Only brought half of our money. He refused to take any financial responsibility in providing inaccurate quotes that we already agreed on, and his last words were, "if you're not happy with this $500, you can just take me to court, I'm not giving you any more than this". He was extremely unprofessional via text message, phone and in person. I have pictures and screenshots of everything."
