The experience was so great we called him the next time we needed blinds. The whole process is pleasant due to his knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and personal service. - Classic Blinds EtcTodd came to the house and measured to be sure he ordered the correct blinds. He ordered the blinds and when they came in, he called and set up the installation date. Todd and his helper were supposed to come at 2:00 and they did. It took a little over an hour to remove the old blinds and brackets, install the new ones and be sure they worked correctly. He also fixed one (he brought the part that was broken) that someone else had installed (that person was a real horror story). They were professional, but friendly, picked up after themselves, hauled off the old blinds, and left all the bubble wrap for my grandkids to pop (they loved it). They had previously installed some other blinds and the same review should have been written then

It is nice to have a contractor come in, knock it out and after 4 months, we have not had any call backs for product failure or workmanship. It is also piece of mind knowing that your Blind Contractor does it right the first time every time. The owner has good Christian principles and has contracted for my firm for at least 15 years. Not once have we had a problem and if there is ever a problem with a blind, it is remedied immediately

We had 3 sets of shutters installed last year and we loved the results so much, that we had the dining room window done this time. We love these shutters so much. I have an order in for 3 more window to be done when the time and money allows. They are very understanding about waiting on our schedule of work that we can be done. They did a superb job, going beyond what I originally requested. These guys are the best!!

"The blinds were beautiful but ¼ inch too long. They normally take ¼ off for security but not this time. And since it was a custom blinds order they also refused to take them back and trim them. As a result, I had to trim them manually with a hacksaw. I’m 8 months pregnant. Very annoying. "

"I had contacted several other upholstery shops, even some on Angies's List, and I never received return contact. When I called Mike's the phone was answered on the second ring! I coordinated with Rosa to re-upholster a sleeper sofa which also needed to have the seat cushions replaced due to wear. I wanted to provide my own fabric since I had already picked it out and that was no problem. She provided a quote based on photos of the sofa and also told me how much fabric I needed to order. Once the fabric arrived, I contacted Rosa and scheduled pick-up with Mike for the following day (6/7/13) . When he picked up the sofa he provided me with an estimated date for project completion and stated that they would call me when complete to schedule delivery.
<br /> Rosa contacted me on 6/17/13 to let me know that the sofa was ready. I requested to come to their shop to look at the sofa and asked if I could bring some fabric protector to apply to the sofa. When I inquired about delivery scheduling, Rosa said they could deliver the sofa to my rental unit the same evening. It is very convenient that they provide pick-up and delivery hours outside of the usual "only between 8 & 5" so that customers do not have to take off work.
<br /> When I arrived at the shop an hour later, the sofa was ready and looked fantastic! Rosa even saved me the trouble of Scotch Guarding the sofa and applied the protector for me. The price was as quoted and the unused fabric was returned when the sofa was delivered. Delivery was on time.
<br /> I will definitely use them again and refer them to others!!! Great Customer Service!!!
