We've been using them for years, and we have been very satisfied with them. I'm under contract with them, they come to my house quarterly.

Keep customer informed of what they are doing when they are there they are very professional and put booties on before they go in the house so they do not make a mess.

Ok, they parked in my neighbors driveway & sprayed their trees first. Then instead of reparking in my driveway, they stretched the hose over my neighbors yard & proceeded to spray my trees. They only sprayed the bottoms of my front trees & the trees on the side of my house did not get sprayed at all. The trees in my back yard only got sprayed halfway. I prepaid for this service since they offered a 5% discount & when I complained about the service I got the secretary offered no explanation & said they would not come out & re-spray even though I called the same day. I will never use this company again because the secretaries are rude on the phone & the applicators do not know what they are doing. I really felt like I had paid for nothing.

We have had a contract with Pest Fog for over 10 years and have been very happy. They were sold to ABC. Our annual inspection revealed carpenter ants and we asked to have a quote for one time treatment for carpenter ants. ABC refused to come out  and give us a quote because we had previously declined to sign up for monthly treatments which were far more extensive than we  needed or could afford.
We feel that they are far more interested in selling us a program than they are in solving our immediate problem,

They are always reliable, on time, and very courteous.

I have been using Pest Fog for almost two years.  While they have been very punctual and the technician has been very nice, there seems to have been a recent decrease in their service level. (Perhaps the ABC Home and Commercial influence?)  Over the past two quarters, their service has deteriorated.  I had my most recent quarterly visit from them two weeks ago.  Since then, there has been a progressive increase in visible, very much alive cockroaches in my house.  Formerly, we would see the occasional dead cockroach, but never any active live ones after a visit from Pest Fog.  I called immediately upon seeing two active roaches in my kitchen and laundry room (I'm pretty vigilant and phobic when it comes to roaches).  I was told that they would not be able to come back in for TWO WEEKS!  I was very disappointed, but made the appointment and hoped the two roaches were fluke occurrences.  
Four days since then, I have had a few more sightings AND a roach crawl on me in bed.  I let Pest Fog know this the very next morning -- wanting to give them another chance to prioritize my visit before I changed service providers.  I was told that they wouldn't be there for another week.  No accommodating a long-term customer.  No sense of urgency whatsoever.  I let them know that I would have to go to another vendor if that was their earliest response time.  The administrator replied with a nonchalant, 'okay'.  I also let them know that I would need to cancel my quarterly service.  That didn't seem to be a problem for them either.  
I called Corpest and got an immediate response and a sense of urgency.  I will not ever consider Pest Fog again.

They show up on time. Their price is fair.

The man drilled holes in our cement patio and around the base of the house.  He showed us some termite trails before drilling and applying the liquid. There is a guarantee that if we see any bugs (termites) they will come back out and reapply.  For $35 a year they will redo each year to keep the termites away.

The first time they seemed fine. They did an inspection of my house for termites before I purchased it. They said that there were no termites and that it was fine. After five weeks of moving in to my house I found these swarmers after a rainstorm - they were in my patio. So contacted them to look at them. I was not present for it, my wife was there. My wife said that he came and looked at them and said they were drywood termites and that we had to get our house tended. Fortunately, we contacted our realtor and they told us to get a second opinion before we got tended. So we had the other company come out and they told us they were harmless. We were then kind of confused, so I took the remains of the termites to the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension and had an entomologist look at them and he identified them as harmless desert termites. So I contacted Pest Fog and told they had made a mistake, I believe it was Kathy I spoke with, and she got absolutely irate with me. She started arguing and saying that we still had drywood. I told her I had an entomologist look at them and she said they had two of them on staff. She then asked me what I wanted and I said I just wanted to know that they had made a mistake. She then hung up on me. I was so disappointed with them.

Each quarter this company alternates the exterior treatment and the interior treatment for pests.  Two (2) quarters ago we got a notice they would be here for exterior pest control.  Nobody came...when I got the invoice I called and they said that they had indeed been here.  When I asked how they got in the backyard because the gates are locked, the reply was that the service person should have left a notice on the door.  (We office at home and have parents living here, so there is someone here all the time during business hours.)  They did show up a couple of dayvs later and treated the backyard.
The interior treatment last quarter when as planned and the service was good.
This quarter when we got the notice that they would be here for exterior treatment the week of May 13  - 17 we watched and waited for them.   Nobody showed up here and we were sure to have at least two people here during business hours the entire week.  We have now been invoiced for the visit that didn't happen.

Bugs are almost gone

It was good and fine. He was professional, did a very good job and answered all my questions. They are suppose to come back. When I call them to come back out, they can't come until next Wednesday, so that's kind of a little slower so initially I guess it was fine. He was on time. I signed a quarterly program and if you have a problem in-between, they just come out for free.

We were very happy with the professional service pertaining to the treatment for ants.  The ant bait worked fine.  We decided to use this company lawn fertilization and treatment.  We made an appointment and no one showed up.  A month later we received a card in the mail saying they would arrive during the next week to treat the outside of the house.  No one showed up.  We did not try to reach them and will use someone else from now on.

They were friendly personnel and prompt. They have a fast response and provide quality care.
